Casa Kamar, El Chaparrel is a recently refurbished Spanish Town House. About the Area.
The house is situated on a gated complex of 100 spanish style town houses and apartments. The complex has well maintained gardens, it has a private secure swimming pool, 1mt to 3mts in depth, plus a safe 0.5mt area for children.
The complex is set in a quite area, yet is only 200mts from the local amenities. These consist of :-
Bars, Shops, Resturants, Small Supermarket, Chinese, Uni-sex Hairdressers, Beauty Salon.
Sorry but no pets or smoking are allowed in the house.

Other Amenities of the Area.
Also close to the house are two pay phones, a bus stop with an excellant bus service, buses every 20 mins in summer time, and every 30mins in winter time.Taxi`s are also available locally. Just 10mins walk away is an Aqua Park, more Bars,Shops, Resturants, a Chemist, Two banks, a Petrol station, and Newsagents.

The complex is part of the urbanisation of
El Chaparrel. The area consists of a mixture of houses, apartments and villas. El Chaparrel is situated 1.1/2 miles (3KLM) inland from the town of Torrevieja, just off the NV-905 Crevillente road, and set in between two lakes, Lake Torrevieja and Lake La Mata. The complex is protected by security gates.
